Tree Surveys

Anyone who owns their own home and/or land, or those managing land which have trees on them have a legal obligation to ensure the trees on their land are in a ‘safe condition so that foreseeable damage does not occur due to tree failure’.

Guidance issued by the Government, the Forestry Commission and the Arboricultural Association advises that a tree survey is regularly undertaken by a professional tree surveyor.

We are fully qualified (Professional Tree Inspection, accredited with LANTRA) to carry out tree reporting, with an in-depth knowledge of plant and arboriculture science, so you can be assured a comprehensive tree survey will be undertaken.

We will visit site to undertake a tree inspection, and then produce a written report which will identify potentially hazardous trees. This report will make prioritised recommendations for tree works to support reductions in owner liability. We’ll also provide you with a recommended timeframe for repeat inspections where needed.

We're also proud to be studying toward achieving the Level 4 in Arboriculture Studies, accredited by LANTRA.

If you are in need of a tree survey – get in touch with us for a free, no obligation quote.
